The Identifier Strip tubes have 2 main advantages over standard strip tubes.  First, there is a key on one end to orient the strip tube properly in one direction only.  This prevents mixing up samples by reversing tube position.  Secondly, the tube strip contains an area to apply a barcode for sample tracking.  These features are very useful for applications such as Next-Gen sequencing.  Patent Pending.
