Complete blue native kit for horizontal electrophoresis comprising: 2X BNE 1st Dimension gradient ( 5-14%T) gels (255mm X 125mm X 0.65) with15 X 25µL wells on film support including absorbent card, sample dilution, loading, running buffers and electrode wicks. 4 X BNE 2nd dimension plastic-backed gels (255 X 125 X 0.65 mm), including running and equilibration buffers electrode wicks. Each gels suitable for running 2 X 11cm X 8mm strips plus one marker lane by horizontal electrophoresis Gels are on NF-backing providing best results for fluorescent staining and labelling.
