Prepayment required for first order. Terms are net 30 days thereafter.

Payment:

Gelcompany accepts check, major credit card or wire transfer in US funds.
Check in US funds payable to “Gelcompany”. Send via airmail or common carriers to:

Shipping:

Orders received before 3 pm PST will be shipped the same day

Shipping via UPS costs within the US:

• Standard (3-4 business days) $18.95, 2nd Day $23.55, Next Day $34.95

• Express delivery can be arranged at an additional fee
• Rates subject to change

Returns/Refunds/Cancellations:

Gelcompany will issue a full refund for most items returned in new condition and within 30 days of shipment date. Please note that returns must include either the original packing slip or invoice. Merchandise sent in error by Gelcompany will be eligible for a full refund, exchange or credit. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from Gelcompany and may require a $15 re-stocking fee. Cancellations will only be accepted on the same day of purchase.
